摘要

泛血管疾病是一种高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的疾病,且多为慢性疾病,难以彻底根治,需要早期发现、早期干预、早期治疗;便捷、有效的生物标志物有助于泛血管疾病的管理。中性粒细胞百分比与白蛋白比值(neutrophil percentage to albumin ratio,NPAR)是一种新型的血液指标,能够综合反映机体炎症状态、营养条件、免疫状态等。本文将对NPAR与各种血管疾病的关系进行综述,同时纳入与NPAR相似的中性粒细胞计数与白蛋白比值(neutrophil to albumin ratio,NAR)的相关研究,以期为泛血管疾病的防治及进一步个体化治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract

Panvascular diseases are characterized by high incidence, mortality, and morbidity rates, which is usually chronic and difficult to cure completely. Early detection, intervention, and treatment are crucial in the management of panvascular diseases. Therefore, a convenient and effective biomarker is crucial for the management of these conditions. The neutrophil percentage to albumin ratio (NPAR) is an emerging blood indicator that comprehensively reflects various aspects of the body's inflammatory state, nutritional condition, and immune status. This article conducts a systematic review of the relationship between NPAR and various vascular diseases, incorporating relevant studies on the neutrophil to albumin ratio (NAR), which is similar to NPAR, thus providing reasonable guidance for the prevention and treatment of panvascular diseases and further individualized therapy.
