MiRNAs are involved in carcinogenesis and progression, invasion and metastasis as well as drug resistance. As a kind of significant biomarker, miRNAs are expected to be novel targets for the early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of ovarian cancer, which provide new ways for the therapy of ovarian cancer.
